Tirthankar Kalyanak Yatra 2026 — The Ultimate Jain Pilgrimage Yatra by NFTT WORLD

Tirthankar Kalyanak Yatra 2026 — The Ultimate Jain Pilgrimage Tour You've Been Waiting For

7 Nights · 8 Days | Ayodhya · Shravasti · Prayagraj · Kaushambi · Varanasi | by NFTT WORLD

Some journeys are just trips. Then there are journeys that change you from the inside out. The Tirthankar Kalyanak Yatra is exactly that — a deeply sacred 7-night, 8-day pilgrimage through the most spiritually charged Jain tirth sites in North India. NFTT WORLD Pvt. Ltd. (Nagfani Tours and Travels) has crafted this tour specifically for devotees who want more than a holiday. You're not just visiting temples. You're walking the same ground where the Tirthankars were born, attained Kevalgyan, and left behind an eternal legacy of dharma.

Why This Yatra Matters

Let's be honest — pilgrimage travel in India can sometimes feel rushed, disorganised, or exhausting. But this tour is thoughtfully structured. Every single day has a clear purpose. Every stop has spiritual depth. From the Panch Tuk birthplaces of Ayodhya to the Kalyanak Bhumis of Varanasi, you'll trace the sacred footprints of the Tirthankars across five historic cities.

For Jain devotees, a "Kalyanak" refers to one of the five auspicious events in a Tirthankar's life — Garbha (conception), Janma (birth), Diksha (renunciation), Kevalgyan (enlightenment), and Moksha (liberation). Visiting these Kalyanak Bhumis is considered profoundly meritorious. This tour takes you to multiple such sites — all in one seamless journey.

The Route — Five Cities, Infinite Blessings

The tour follows a carefully planned circuit across North India's most revered Jain pilgrimage destinations. Here's a quick look at where you're headed:

Ayodhya → Shravasti → Prayagraj → Kaushambi → Varanasi

Each city carries a unique spiritual identity. Ayodhya is the divine birthplace of five Tirthankars. Shravasti is the sacred site where miracles unfolded. Prayagraj offers the mystical Triveni Sangam pilgrimage. Kaushambi stands as a historic monastic centre. Varanasi — Kashi — is the eternal spiritual capital of India.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Ayodhya

Your journey begins the moment you step off the train at Ayodhya Railway Station. The NFTT WORLD team greets you warmly and transfers you straight to your Dharamshala accommodation. Settle in. Dinner is served. Let the anticipation build.

Day 2 — Ayodhya Darshan: The City of Five Tirthankars

This is one of the most powerful days of the entire tour. You'll visit the Panch Tuk — the five sacred birthplaces of:

  • Rishabdev (Adinath) — the 1st Tirthankar

  • Ajeetnath — the 2nd Tirthankar

  • Abhinandannath — the 4th Tirthankar

  • Anantnath — the 14th Tirthankar

  • Suntinath — the 16th Tirthankar

These are Kalyanak Darshan sites of immense religious significance. After the Panch Tuk, you'll also visit the Ayodhya Mandir for additional darshan. Mornings here feel genuinely different — quieter, more reflective. That's the beauty of starting your day in Ayodhya.

Day 3 — Ayodhya to Shravasti (approx. 100 km / 3 hours)

Before leaving Ayodhya, you'll visit Ratanpuri for Dharmanath Kalyanak Bhumi Darshan. Then the group drives to Shravasti — a city steeped in miracle and memory. On arrival, you'll complete the Sambhavnath Kalyanak Bhumi Darshan. Overnight stay at Shravasti Dharamshala.

Day 4 — Shravasti to Prayagraj (approx. 260 km / 6.5 hours)

Start the morning with Sambhavnath Bhagwan Temple Darshan and Pooja at Shravasti. It's a beautiful way to close your time in this sacred city. Then the group sets off for Prayagraj — one of India's most spiritually loaded destinations. The drive is long but worthwhile. Arrive by evening and check into the Dharamshala.

Day 5 — Kaushambi Darshan (approx. 60 km one side / 2 hours)

Day 5 takes you on a meaningful day excursion from Prayagraj to Kaushambi — the historic monastic centre. Here's what you'll experience:

  • Kaushambi Temple Darshan — one of the most ancient Jain sites in the region

  • Prabhasgiri Padamprabhu Darshan — a serene site with deep spiritual resonance

  • Triveni Sangam — where you'll witness the Adinath Tap and Kevalgyan Kalyanak site

The Triveni Sangam alone is worth the entire journey. Standing at the confluence of sacred rivers while connecting with the Kevalgyan Kalyanak of Adinath — it's genuinely moving. You return to Prayagraj for overnight stay.

Day 6 — Prayagraj to Varanasi (approx. 120 km / 3 hours)

Before departing Prayagraj, visit the local Prayagraj Jain Temples for morning darshan. Then the group hits the road to Varanasi — the city that needs no introduction. Arrive by afternoon, check in, and prepare for one of the most spiritually intense days of the tour.

Day 7 — Varanasi Darshan: Kashi, the Eternal City

Varanasi doesn't just sit on the banks of the Ganga — it breathes spirituality. Your Tirthankar darshan circuit here includes:

  • Bhelupur Parashwanath Kalyanak Bhumi — by bus

  • Suparashwanath Temple at Bhadaini Ghat — (by auto, excluded from package)

  • Shreyanshnath Temple at Singhpuri, Sarnath — by bus

  • Chandrapuri — Chandraprabhu Darshan — by bus

Each of these sites connects you to a different Tirthankar's sacred story. The energy of Varanasi amplifies everything. Overnight stay.

Day 8 — Departure from Varanasi

After breakfast, the tour concludes at Varanasi Railway Station. The NFTT WORLD team drops you off. You head home carrying memories — and something deeper that's harder to put into words.
