Shikhar Ji Yatra Tour Package 2026: The Complete Guide to India's Most Sacred Jain Pilgrimage
06 Nights / 07 Days | Champapuri · Pavapuri · Rajgir · Shikhar Ji | Starting ₹17,999 Per Person
Some journeys change you. The Shikhar Ji Yatra is one of them.
Nestled deep in the Parasnath Hills of Jharkhand, Shikhar Ji — also known as Sammed Shikharji — is the holiest pilgrimage destination in Jainism. It's where 20 of the 24 Tirthankaras attained moksha. Standing at the summit, surrounded by ancient tonks and the sound of nothing but wind and prayer, you realise this place isn't just a destination. It's a conversation between you and the divine.
And now, NFTT WORLD has made this once-in-a-lifetime journey effortlessly accessible — with a fully managed 7-day tour package starting at just ₹17,999 per person.
Let's walk through every detail so you know exactly what to expect.
Why Shikhar Ji Is Every Jain's Dream Pilgrimage
Shikhar Ji sits at an altitude of roughly 1,350 metres in Giridih district, Jharkhand. For the Jain community, visiting this sacred mountain isn't just travel. It's a deeply spiritual obligation — a moment of surrender, gratitude, and inner cleansing.
The mountain trail is dotted with 20 tonks, each commemorating a Tirthankara. Pilgrims walk the entire circuit in a single day, barefoot, with hearts full and eyes wet. It's physically demanding. Spiritually, though? It fills you in ways that are genuinely hard to describe.
Beyond Shikhar Ji, this tour takes you through Champapuri, Pavapuri, and Rajgir — three more sites of immense religious significance for Jains. You're not just visiting temples. You're tracing the footsteps of centuries of faith.
